What I own

I came into product through design and through owning one outright. I define the problem, cut the scope to what can ship, price it, launch it, and read the numbers afterwards — and because I prototype in code, a spec gets tested before it is written rather than argued about after.

Product ownership

Problem definition and MVP scope; user stories and roadmap; pricing and checkout mechanics (TON, Telegram Stars); access and permission models; referral and growth loops; launch, iteration and handover. Course Center was mine end to end — the bet, the scope, the design, the pricing and the decision to hand operations on.

Delivery and data

Leading design and engineering to a date: Agile delivery with Jira and Confluence, discovery run directly with clients, scope settled on a prototype rather than on a spec. Funnel and behaviour instrumentation in GA4, Amplitude and Mixpanel to decide what to build next and to check what shipped actually moved.

Let's talk

A short scripted conversation between a visitor and Dmytro, not a live chat. It ends with his email address and profile links.

Visitor: so are you a designer or a PM?
Dmytro: a designer who has owned a product outright 🙂 I founded Course Center — scope, design, pricing, launch.
Dmytro: 500+ monthly actives in three months, checkout in TON and Telegram Stars, all of it inside Telegram. I handed operations on at the end of 2025 and stayed a consultant.
Visitor: and before that?
Dmytro: NEXA — a studio of ten, 10+ payment and web3 mini apps. today I'm design lead for YouHodler's websites, and youhodler.ar is mine to design and ship as code.
Visitor: we're hiring a product manager. open to full-time?
Dmytro: yes 🎯 and I prototype in code, so you can have the thing rather than the spec.
Visitor: how do I reach you?
Dmytro: email's fastest 👇
Dmytro: or find me here 👋
