Release gates check advertised rates against the live product feed, the Argentine dialect and the heading order before anything ships. Team: two designers and a developer, Agile with Jira and Confluence.
Before the move I automated the Webflow CMS for YouHodler: multi-locale, 600+ pages.
Experience
Head of Product Design — Web
- Own youhodler.ar end to end — the whole web product for the Argentine market: design, code, SEO, analytics and legal correctness — with two designers and a developer.
- Moved it off Webflow into production Next.js in 33 days, with 900+ commits since. I design and code it myself with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex); every release passes automated checks.
- Launched youhodler.ar/vota, an AI-music contest with a partner, first complete version in two days: audio player, three-pick voting, a share link per artist, sign-up bonus by promo code.
- Found why Google was skipping pages of a 726-URL site. The team blamed thin content; I showed word count did not correlate with indexing, traced it to crawl budget and cut share images from 452 KB to 34 KB.
- Wrote the release gate that checks every advertised rate against the live product feed, and audited 17 published legal documents against their signed sources: ten diverged and went to counsel with priorities.
- Built one design system for youhodler.com and youhodler.ar across locales, so a new market ships as content, not as a redesign.
- Rebuilt landing-page delivery as a Figma library with fixed handoff standards; marketing stopped queueing behind design for every campaign.
Lead Product Designer — youhodler.com
- Hired to lead design on youhodler.com; shipped its marketing surfaces inside an established brand.
- Built product animations in code instead of as mockups, so what stakeholders approved is what shipped.
- Worked daily with PMs, marketing and developers in an Agile setup (Jira, Confluence), with design QA before every release.
Course Center — Founder & Product Designer
Own product, built in the evenings alongside YouHodler. Closed beta, then stopped.
- Founded, designed and built a Telegram-native course platform in eight weeks of evenings: flows, design system, checkout in TON and Telegram Stars, and the app itself.
- Video hosting costs the course author nothing: lessons are served straight from Telegram's CDN, and forwarding is switched off so a paid lesson stays paid.
- Took it to a closed beta of about fifty people and stopped it with a precise diagnosis: nine locales, AI generation and referrals were built before one real author had been tested.
Freelance — Product Designer
Relocated from Ukraine to Hamburg in April 2022.
- Product design for founders and small teams, discovery to developer-ready handoff. Client-owned and mostly under NDA, so there is no case study — I can walk through it in a conversation.
